Data Deletion Instructions

1Disconnect a single platform

This is the fastest option and it takes effect immediately. Use it when you want Belken to stop having any access to one connected account but you want to keep using the Service.

1. Sign in to Belken Studio at studio.belken.ai.
2. Choose Account in the left sidebar.
3. Under Connected accounts, find the account and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes our access token straight away, stops any scheduled publishing to that account, and deletes the stored credentials and the profile details we cached for it, such as the account name, avatar, and account ID.

2Remove Belken from Facebook or Instagram directly

You can also revoke our access from Meta's own settings, without signing in to Belken. This works even if you no longer have access to your Belken account.

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Belken Studio in the list of active apps.
3. Choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the posts and activity the app produced if Facebook offers it.

Removing the app there revokes our access immediately at Meta's end. To also have us erase what we already stored, follow Section 3 or Section 4 below. For Instagram accounts, removing the app from the linked Facebook Page also removes our access to the connected Instagram professional account.

3Delete your Belken account and all of its data

Email info@belken.ai from the address on your Belken account with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want:

• Full account deletion, which removes the account and everything under it, or
• Platform data only, naming the platform, for example "delete all Facebook and Instagram data", which leaves the rest of your account intact.

We confirm the request, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it is done. There is no charge, and we do not require a reason.

4What we delete

• Access and refresh tokens for every connected platform, revoked and erased.
• Connected account records, including platform user IDs, Page IDs, display names, and avatars.
• Content you created or uploaded in Belken Studio, including source media, rendered clips, captions, and transcripts.
• Scheduled and published post records held on our side, including the metadata we kept about each publish attempt.
• Generation inputs, meaning the prompts and inputs you supplied to generate content.
• Account information, such as your name and email address, and any API keys issued to you.
• Voice call data, where you used our automated voice assistant, including call audio, transcripts, and consent records.

5What we cannot delete

• Posts already published to a platform. Once a video or post is live on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, it lives on that platform under your account. Delete it there, or ask us and we will remove it for you while the connection is still active.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records, and SMS consent records where retention is required by law. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
• Backups, which are encrypted, not used to serve the Service, and rotate out on their normal schedule within 90 days of deletion.
